By accessing Heroes Game NZ ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older. The Service is intended for users in New Zealand and worldwide where social casino games are permitted.
2. Social Casino — No Real Money
The Service is free to play. Virtual coins have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts. We do not accept real-money wagers and do not award real-money prizes.
3. Acceptable Use
- No automated spinning, scraping, or bot use.
- No exploitation of bugs to manipulate balances.
- No offensive usernames on the leaderboard.
4. Account & Data
Game progress is stored locally in your browser. Clearing browser data will reset your progress.
5. Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Heroes Interactive Studio Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
